We offer free shipping on some products and also reserve the right to cancel the orders.

Shipments

The majority of orders ship within 1-2 business days from the time an order is placed on our Website. We generally use Purolator, Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx parcel services depending on the weight and size of the item.

Customer Address Information

All customers placing an order are required to enter their official shipping and billing address in the legal format. HerbPax can not prevent a customer from submitting their wrong address during checkout. So, it is customer's responsibility to ensure their order is placed with the correct address.

Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx shipments that are not deliverable to the address provided by the customer are considered Undeliverable, thus, will be returned to the Fulfillment centre. Those undeliverable shipments might be delayed by couple of weeks and customers will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

International Shipments

We do ship internationally. However, certain restrictions apply. Please contact us at info@herbpax.com for details with shipping address and the items that you would like to purchase.

Note: International customers are responsible for any custom fees (if imposed). The customer must be aware what can be legally imported into their country. So, it is recommended that all International customers understand their countries' rules and regulations before placing an order. Once an order is shipped, and leaves our Facility, it will be customers responsibility and liability for their order.
