Notes: Sold and shipped with bases and disassembled.  Case quantities will be additional at time of shipping. We will confirm shipping costs prior to shipping. You may receive less/more lids than MIDI bases due to packed case quantities i.e. MOQ of 1000 Bases (4 cases) will ship with 900 Lids (1 case) for a total of 5 cases shipped while an order of 1250 Bases (5 cases) will ship with 1800 lids (2 cases) for a total of 7 cases shipped.

Lead Times:

Stock Non Printed: Approximately 1 week

Custom Label Production and Application Service: Approximately 3 weeks from artwork approval (2000 minimum order quantity)

Custom Printed: Approximately 17-18 weeks lead time from artwork approval (25,200 minimum order quantity)

Depending on order size, shipping will be via carrier such as Purolator/UPS/FedEx (i.e. cases delivered with no dock address required as per cost shown upon online checkout) or via pallet with dock address required (if pallet shipment is required, we will confirm dock address and shipping costs prior to shipping). 

Lead Time = If not in stock, custom order will be applicable (i.e. custom print to optimize your brand, full compliance requirements or custom size) with approximately up to 17-18 weeks from approved graphics (contact us for artwork and graphics process) & require 25,200 minimum order quantity

Orders more than 5 cases will be shipped via LTL with extra shipping costs.  We will confirm shipping costs prior to shipping.
